Strengths Finder 2.0, Teamability, Myers-Briggs and other personality / strength profiling tools provide powerful insight into an individual when the information acquired from those tools is applied effectively. I mused about how to understand the results of these tools and the importance of doing so in my blog post A Purpose-Filled Life–Applying Your Strengths.
Below is a detailed analysis of my strengths.
Learner – People strong in the Learner theme have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. In particular, the process of learning, rather than the outcome, excites them.
Connectedness – People strong in the Connectedness theme have faith in the links between all things. They believe there are few coincidences and that almost every event has a reason.
Strategic – People strong in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.
Achiever – People strong in the Achiever theme have a great deal of stamina and work hard. They take great satisfaction from being busy and productive.
Futuristic – People strong in the Futuristic theme are inspired by the future and what could be. They inspire others with their visions of the future.

INTJs are one of the rarest of the sixteen personality types, and account for about 1–4% of the population.
INTJs apply the criterion “Does it work?” to everything from their own research efforts to the prevailing social norms. This in turn produces an unusual independence of mind, freeing the INTJ from the constraints of authority, convention, or sentiment for its own sake. INTJs are known as the “Systems Builders” of the types, perhaps in part because they possess the unusual trait of combining imagination and reliability.
INTJs are strong individualists who seek new angles or novel ways of looking at things. They enjoy coming to new understandings. They tend to be insightful and mentally quick. They are very determined people who trust their vision of the possibilities. They may even be considered the most independent of all of the sixteen personality types. INTJs are at their best in quietly and firmly developing their ideas, theories, and principles.
Primary Role – Founder
It is the Founder’s ongoing responsibility to bind vision and action together and to act like an orchestra conductor to achieve the proper balance between them to nurture the enterprise. Founders provide inspiration to the rest of the team using their storytelling ability to give them a special and unique way of thinking of the work people do together.
The Founder believes that goals must be far reaching and must eventually improve the quality of people’s lives. They also believe that a true vision inspires everyone to come together and accomplish something worthwhile that is greater than they could ever do by themselves.
Founders are connectors of connectors, connecting people in ways that benefit everyone involved and with an eye towards maximizing collaboration and contribution.
Harry is a coherent Founder, meaning that his behavior is consistent and reliable even during times of high pressure or stress. His profile is typical of high-powered, entrepreneurial-focused individuals with large visions that benefit people far into the future.
Ideal Role Partner – Communicator
Alternative Role – Vision Mover
Vision Movers are powerful and forceful in how they approach other people. Once given a mission or a goal, Vision Movers tend to be very determined to reach that goal. They have a sense of confidence and a strong desire to achieve as much as possible while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility to the team.
