Stewardship - How We Empower Others

An important element of understanding how to help others is to understand what empowers or disempowers an individual.

Understanding this cycle is critical to helping someone begin to execute with more sustainable, repeatable success. To add more layers to someone's life without understanding the core, foundational cycle of empowered or disempowered behavior will merely result in frustration for everyone: the observer and the person being assisted.
