Authenticity
Being True to Ourselves and Others
Life pressures and life experiences teach and encourage us to erect a façade between ourselves and others so that we don’t disappoint others or appear to be less than others expect. The need for such a façade influences us to not be true to ourselves, causing many of us to become someone other than that which we truly desire to be. This impacts our lives in complex ways that may affect our ability to live our lives to our greatest potential.
Join Harry and his guests as they explore the impact of authenticity in our lives, being true to ourselves and others. They will also explore the importance of returning to a more authentic style of living - with our own lives and with the lives of others.
To discuss the impact of this and how to return to a life of authentic living, Harry is joined by his special guest, Leonard Szymczak. Leonard has been a psychotherapist and educator for over 35 years. He was Director of The Family Therapy Program at the Marriage and Family Centre in Sydney, Australia, and later served as a senior affiliate therapist with the Family Institute at Northwestern University. He is the author of the newly published “The Roadmap Home – Your GPS to Inner Peace”. His website is http://www.leonardszymczak.com.

About Harry Harry Tucker has provided business strategy guidance, global technology adoption strategy and leadership incubation guidance to Wall Street and Fortune 50 companies for over 25 years and was the co founder of an award-winning software company in New York. In his many years of consulting to Fortune 50 companies, Harry has come to the conclusion that many of the challenges we experience are not due to regulation-specific, business-driven or technology related-issues but are in fact due to a lack of authenticity within ourselves and between individuals. This lack of authenticity impacts how we view ourselves, how we present ourselves to the world and what we expect of the world in return. Harry is a contributing author to "A Complaint Free World: How to Stop Complaining and Start Enjoying the Life You Always Wanted" and the recently published "97 Things Every Project Manager Should Know: Collective Wisdom from the Experts".
